He's the first Hell's Kitchen head chef to come back for a second series, after Gordon Ramsay, Gary Rhodes and Jean Christophe Novelli took the high road after their respective first courses. Make of that what you will. Marco loved it so much he's come back for dessert. And who knows - maybe the cheese board as well.
