Attended by the cream of the hospitality world, The AA Centenary Awards 2008-2009 held at The Grosvenor House, London was a truly spectacular event. Attended by world-renowned chefs and prominent hoteliers, the AA Centenary Awards celebrated not only the achievements of award winners, but also one hundred years of AA Hotel Services' contribution to the hospitality industry. In celebration of this very special event, five leading Rosette chefs created the gala menu. Each chef boasts a celebrated history and the meal was truly superb.
